Our Story: Inspired by a Personal Journey

Hi, I’m Krystal, the founder of 3 Deep Breath. My journey with anxiety started during a particularly challenging period in my life. Overwhelmed by daily stress and endless to-do lists, I found myself searching for something, anything — that could help me feel grounded again.

It was during one of those moments of struggle that someone shared a simple practice with me: "Take three deep breaths." Though it sounded small, this act had a profound impact. Those breaths became a lifeline, a pause amidst the chaos.

Inspired by this experience, I realised how powerful small, intentional actions could be for managing anxiety. That’s how 3 Deep Breath was born—to serve as a gentle reminder to breathe deeply and find your center.
